The primary objectives of this organization shall be to support the Urban League of Greater New Orleans movement through:
- A major bi-annual financial effort.
- Development of new and support of existing programs directed towards the Urban League's constituency with Urban League approval.
- Actively participating in the Urban League of Greater New Orleans' membership drive, focusing on young professionals.
- Preparation of members for continued service in the National Urban League (NUL), Urban League of Greater New Orleans and other NUL affiliates and auxiliaries including, but not limited to, National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP) and its advisory committees.
- Plan for and participate in community service activities.
- Promote economic empowerment and encourage business development and growth in the greater New Orleans area.
